W Hotel Penthouses

W Hotel wanted to brand the top floor of their new residential building in Hollywood. The problem was that every other floor in the building was already called, "The Penthouses". What’s typically above penthouses? The roof. We decided to call the top floor, "Above The Penthouses". We created a five-pronged asterisk logo—one prong for each residence. We named and developed personalities for each of the five multi-million dollar spaces, and set out to spread the word. Our most effective medium was to send top real estate offices 50 customized iPads with preloaded, interactive apps. These selected brokers were now the only ones in the know. And they clued in their clients. And W sold some very expensive real estate.

Each apartments comes fully loaded, with the finest Herman Miller and Barcelona, designer furniture, hi-profile art work, a wine cellar stocked with a 1978 Richebourg Grand Cru and a new Tesla Model S parked in your private garage.
